| Ground Source |
| Amazingly the temperature a few metres below the ground is constant all year round at about 12°C. A ground source heat pump taps into this constant energy source and converts it into heating and hot water for your home. |

| Air Source |
| Air source heat pumps work by reverse refrigeration. A fan draws air over liquid filled coils, similar to those found in your domestic fridge. The heat in the atmosphere raises the temperature in the coils. This free source of energy is then absorbed by the heat exchange pump and transferred into the domestic central heating system, providing low cost and hot water. |
